Why do I see the “Direct Print module is disabled” message?

To fully activate the Direct Print module, you need to enable it in two places:

  1. Company Settings:

    • Locate the Direct Print setting in your company settings (Direct Print → Configuration → Settings).

    • Enable “Enable Direct Printing” checkbox:

  1. Your User Settings:

    • Navigate to your user profile (User avater in top right corner → Preferences).

    • Enable the “Auto-print via Direct Print” checkbox there as well:

Refresh and Check:

  • Refresh your browser page.

  • Click the status menu icon. The error message should be gone.
