To fully activate the Direct Print module, you need to enable it in two places:
Company Settings:
Locate the Direct Print setting in your company settings (Direct Print → Configuration → Settings).
Enable “Enable Direct Printing” checkbox:
Your User Settings:
Navigate to your user profile (User avater in top right corner → Preferences).
Enable the “Auto-print via Direct Print” checkbox there as well:
Refresh and Check:
Refresh your browser page.
Click the status menu icon. The error message should be gone.
