When the checkbox “Enable Sale Order Status Export Job” is activated, our connector allows the transfer of order status changes from Odoo to PrestaShop. Some customers also need to track which employee or user changed this status.
To do this, first, run the initial import to receive data about PrestaShop employees. After that, the employees will appear in the Mapping → Employees table, where you need to link PrestaShop employees with Odoo users. The last step is to activate the “Force User On Order Status Change” checkbox.
After this, when updating the status for PrestaShop orders in Odoo, if the user has a mapping for an employee, this information will be tracked and recorded in PrestaShop.
If the checkbox is disabled or mapping for the current user is not set, the employee value in PrestaShop will be empty.
