Yes, we support synchronization of Order tags in Shopify both when we first download sales order, or in case Sales Order tags are added even after sales order is synchronized. For latest you need to enable Webhooks functionality according to this article
They are synchronized to special field on sales order. This is custom field in our connector and it is visible on the “e-Commerce Integration“ tab on the sales order
