Each product variant in Shopify has a special “Compare at Price” field:
To synchronize this field between Shopify and Odoo, you need to have a float field on the product.variant model in your Odoo. For this tutorial, we added a special custom field like the one shown below:
The first step you need to do is create a Mapping Field. Go to the All Product Fields menu (visible in debug mode only):
Then create a new line with fields as shown below:
You can unset “Default for Update” or “Default for Import to Odoo” checkboxes if needed.
Then go to the mappings and create a new line:
Don’t forget to check the state of checkboxes to avoid unwanted import/export of product attributes.
That’s all! Now you can go to the product templates in Odoo and refresh the product from external sources to fill this field in Odoo:
