Ensure a smooth and efficient setup of your VentorTech product with our expert assistance. This service includes:

• Personalized installation and configuration: Our team will work offline, dedicating up to 8 hours (usually enough for most setups) to install and configure the product to your specifications. We’ll keep you informed of progress and deliver a customized solution.
• 1-hour training meeting: Get a hands-on introduction to your new product and learn how to maximize its value.

Please note:

• This service does not cover troubleshooting issues with external systems (like your e-commerce store) or third-party Odoo modules. However, we’ll provide detailed information to help you resolve any problems.
• For Direct Print PRO installations, this service is focused on configuring the module within Odoo. While we’ll gladly suggest common solutions for printers or computers issues, troubleshooting these is not covered by our support or this service package.
