Description

Ensure a smooth, efficient setup of your VentorTech product with expert guidance from our team.

What’s Included:

• Personalized Installation & Configuration
  Our specialists will perform a setup of the product based on your environment and needs.
  We work offline and allocate up to 8 hours (typically sufficient for most installations) to ensure everything is properly configured. You’ll receive regular progress updates and a setup aligned with best practices.
  • Installation of the product on your Odoo instance (on-premise or Odoo.sh)
  • Full configuration according to your business flow and use case
  • Testing the setup to ensure it’s working correctly in your environment
  • Answers to technical and functional questions related to the product
  • Documentation or brief summary of what was configured (on request)
• 1-Hour Live Training Session
  After setup, we’ll schedule a personalized session to walk you through your new product and show you how to get the most value from it.

Please Note:

• No Custom Development Included
  This service does not include any modifications to the product’s codebase. That means:
  • No development of new features
  • No changes to existing features
  • No customizations beyond standard configuration options
  • No development or modifications in third-party Odoo modules
  • No other changes to the Odoo codebase
• Third-Party Systems & Modules
  Troubleshooting issues related to external platforms (e.g., e-commerce stores) or third-party Odoo modules is not covered.
  However, we’ll gladly point you in the right direction if we detect an external issue.
• Direct Print PRO Installations
  If this service is used for setting up Direct Print PRO, our work focuses solely on configuration within Odoo.
  While we’re happy to suggest common fixes for printer or local system issues, hardware or OS-level troubleshooting is not included.
