What to do if Direct Print PRO doesn't detect my printer?

Direct Print PRO imports printers into Odoo that are connected to the Client Application.

If your printer isn’t showing up, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Client Application
    Open the Client Application on the PC where the printer is connected. Make sure the printer appears in the list of available printers there.

  2. Import Printers into Odoo
    If the printer is visible in the Client Application, go to the module settings in Odoo and click on “Import printers and scales.” This will refresh the list of available printers.

  3. If the Printer Is Not Visible
    If the printer does not appear in the Client Application:

    • Restart the Client Application.

    • Check the physical connection between the printer and the PC (USB, network, etc.).
