VentorTech Shopify connector support synchronization of Shopify order tags to Odoo.
How It Works
Order tags from Shopify are synchronized in two scenarios:
Order import – when the sales order is first downloaded into Odoo
Order update – if tags are added or updated later in Shopify
To keep tags updated after the initial import, you need to enable webhooks related to orders:
Note
Updating order tags in Shopify does not trigger webhooks by itself.
As a result, such changes will only be synchronized to Odoo when another event occurs that triggers a webhook, such as:
Order fulfillment/partial fulfillment
Order payment
Order cancellation
