Products Terms & Condition

Important Notice: Products purchased via the Odoo Apps Store are covered by Odoo’s own Terms & Conditions and refund policy. Please refer to: https://www.odoo.com/apps/terms

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all software products purchased directly from ecosystem.ventor.tech, including Odoo modules and related subscriptions.

They do not apply to products purchased via third-party marketplaces.

2. Platform Compatibility

  • VentorTech products are compatible only with Odoo.sh and On-Premise Odoo installations.
  • Odoo Online (SaaS) is not supported.
  • The Customer is responsible for verifying the hosting type before purchase.

3. Odoo Version Policy

  • Each Odoo version of a product is sold as a separate item.
  • Purchasing a product for one Odoo version does not grant access to other versions.
  • The Customer must ensure the correct Odoo version is selected before purchase.

4. Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Some products require an active subscription for continued use, updates, or cloud services.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle only. Partial refunds are not provided.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds or exchanges may be approved if:

  • The product cannot be installed or used due to a proven defect that VentorTech cannot resolve.
  • The wrong product version was purchased and has not been downloaded or activated.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The product has been successfully downloaded or activated.
  • The issue is caused by third-party modules, custom code, hosting, or environment issues.
  • The product works as described but does not meet specific business expectations.
  • The wrong product version was purchased.

6. Support & Updates

  • Products include 1 year of updates and support, unless stated otherwise.
  • Support includes installation guidance, configuration help, and bug fixes.
  • Support does not include custom development or third-party troubleshooting.

7. Fair Use & Abuse

VentorTech reserves the right to refuse support, refunds, or future sales in cases of:

  • License misuse or redistribution
  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward the team

8. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are provided “as is”.
  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • VentorTech is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported environments or modifications.

9. Changes to These Terms

VentorTech may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version is always published on ecosystem.ventor.tech.
