Short answer: No, our products are not compatible with Odoo Online (SaaS).
But don’t worry — they work perfectly on all other major Odoo hosting options, which we’ll explain below.
Why Not Odoo Online (SaaS)?
Odoo Online (also known as Odoo SaaS or Cloud) is a fully managed and highly restricted version of Odoo, hosted by Odoo S.A. While convenient for basic use, it comes with major limitations for customization.
Here’s why our products can’t work on Odoo Online:
No custom modules – You can’t install third-party apps with Python code or backend logic.
No access to technical settings – Many of our tools require scheduler setup, API configuration, or printer integration.
No external libraries or integrations – You can’t connect to external systems like PrintNode, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
Considering Migration from Odoo Online?
While Odoo Online is a great fit for small businesses or those with very basic needs, it has serious limitations:
No support for third-party modules (like ours)
No way to customize standard workflows or extend functionality
If your business is growing or you want to take advantage of more advanced tools (like our connectors, printing solutions, or barcode apps), it may be time to consider switching to Odoo.sh or a self-hosted (on-premise) installation.
These platforms provide:
The same features as Odoo Online
Full control over your code, modules, and integrations
Ability to customize Odoo to match your workflows

What Platforms Are Supported?
We fully support the following Odoo environments:
Odoo.sh
Odoo Community Edition (CE)
Odoo Enterprise Edition (EE)
Not Sure What You’re Using?
If you’re unsure whether you’re on Odoo Online or another version, here’s a quick way to check:
If you’re using Odoo Online, you won’t see options to install custom apps or access advanced settings.
If you have access to a technical configuration or custom modules, or can modify system configuration – you’re likely on Odoo.sh or on-premise.
Still unsure?
