No, this is not possible. Taxes in Odoo and in e-Commerce systems are working differently. In e-Commerce systems you usually do not define tax on Product level. You define tax rules/tax classes etc. That is actually a set of taxes that contains rules explaining how taxes will be applied and calculated.
While in Odoo you simply define tax on product level and that is it. So mapping is quite complex. That is why taxes should be created in e-Commerce system manually. And then imported into Odoo (and mapped with Odoo tax)
