Yes, our connectors support exporting images. Note that we have special setting for this as some of our customers prefer to upload images directly in Magento 2, Shopify, Woocommerce, Prestashop. So if setting “Enable Images Export“ is disabled – then we will not export images. That is done to make sure that you will not accidentally break work of your marketing team who did a great job uploading proper images on your site.
Note that in case above option is enabled, then we will export images in the following cases:
When we first time export product from Odoo to e-Commerce System
If you make changes to one of the following fields on the product (“Product Image” and “Extra Product Media” field on “eCommerce Integration“ tab)
If you click Action on Product “Force Export to External“
In Debug mode if you click button “Export images Only“ button that is visible near “Extra Product Media” field on “eCommerce Integration“ tab
