This issue was resolved in April 2024 (PrestaShop (1.16.0), Magento 2 (1.10.0), Shopify (1.10.0), WooCommerce (1.7.0)). Please upgrade connector to the latest version and upgrade.
This is a known issue with our connectors in Odoo 17.0 that is related to the changed logic of module dependencies. In most cases, this error is associated with the installed “website_sale” module.
To resolve this error, you need to add “website_sale” to the “integration” module dependencies:
Then, restart Odoo and try installing our connector again.
