If you want to synchronize “Behavior when out of stock” from “Availability preferences” section in the PrestaShop, you have two options.
1. You can remove the mapping.
After that our connector shouldn’t change value of this field on product and you will be able to handle this field only on the PrestaShop side:
2. You can install additional module and synchronize behavior settings using our connector.

Make sure that you have mapping line like this one:
Set the correct value for this field on each product:
And that’s it. You can run force export to external or wait until the product will be synchronized automatically when one of the fields from the list below will be changed (feel free to add this field to the list to automatically trigger synchronization on value change):
