The VentorTech Shopify connector allows you to control from which sales channels orders are imported into Odoo. This is useful if you manage multiple channels (e.g., Online Store, POS, TikTok, Amazon, etc.) and want to import only selected ones.
Sales Channels: Where to Configure?
Previously, this option was available in the Quick Configuration Wizard, but it has now been moved.
You can now find it here:
Go to Sales Integration
Open the Sales Orders tab
Select the desired Sales Channels for order import
If you see no Sales Channels in the select options, then use the “Import Sales Channels” button to fetch them.
How It Works
If no sales channels are selected, the connector will import orders from all available channels
If one or more channels are selected, only orders from those channels will be imported into Odoo.
Required Shopify Permissions
To use this feature, you must enable “Read Publications” permission in your Shopify app:
