If you see any red lines during the Quick Configuration wizard’s second step, it means our connector needs additional permissions to work correctly in your Shopify store.
Follow these steps to grant the necessary permissions:
Access Shopify admin: Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
Go to Settings → Apps and sales channels. Click the Develop apps button.
Find and open the custom app created for our connector.
Switch to the Configuration tab.
Click the Edit button within the Admin API integration section.
Locate the required permissions, activate them, and then click Save.
Return to your Odoo connector setup and click the “Refresh” button in the Quick Configuration wizard. All permissions should now appear green:
