The service is available in several hour-based variants (e.g. 4h, 8h, 16h, etc.). Please do not purchase before estimation approval — contact us first through the Support Portal to describe your request.
Important: Purchase of this product means you agree with the terms below.
How It Works
- Describe your request in our Support Portal.
- We review it and provide an estimation (hours + total cost).
- After you approve and purchase the corresponding variant, we start development.
- We deliver your customization within the estimated timeframe and share testing notes.
Common Terms & Conditions
- All prices include development, internal testing, and delivery.
- Work starts only after payment confirmation.
- You have 10 business days to test the delivered customization.
- No feedback within 10 days = automatic acceptance.
- Accepted customizations include a short warranty for bug fixes.
- Customizations are made for your current Odoo/product version — future version support is not guaranteed.
- Discounts (up to 50%) may apply if functionality becomes part of a public release.
- Communication is handled via the Support Portal or related email thread; online meetings may be arranged if needed.
Note: VentorTech retains code ownership unless otherwise agreed; you have full rights to use the delivered customization within your company.
