Customization Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

Customization services include paid development based on an agreed written specification, typically for VentorTech products such as e-commerce connectors or printing solutions.

2. Estimation & Payment

  • Each customization is estimated and approved before development.
  • Development starts only after payment confirmation.
  • Payments are non-refundable once development has started.
  • Refunds are possible only if VentorTech confirms that the customization cannot be delivered as specified.

3. Delivery & Acceptance

  • The Customer has 10 business days to test the delivered customization.
  • If no feedback is provided, acceptance is automatic.

4. Warranty

  • A 30-day warranty applies after acceptance.
  • Warranty covers bug fixes only.
  • Functional changes, extensions, or requirement changes are excluded.

5. Compatibility & Future Releases

  • Customizations are developed for a specific product version and Odoo version available at the time of implementation.
  • VentorTech does not guarantee compatibility with future product or Odoo releases.
  • If a product or Odoo upgrade causes incompatibility, adaptation is treated as a new paid task.
  • VentorTech makes reasonable efforts to avoid breaking changes but cannot guarantee long-term compatibility.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Customer receives internal usage rights.
  • VentorTech retains ownership of the source code unless agreed otherwise.

7. Communication

  • Communication must take place via the support portal or official email threads.
  • Direct developer contact is not permitted.
