This is a common question, and the answer depends on the type of subscription you have:
📌 Monthly vs Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are charged in advance — you pay at the beginning of the period for the upcoming year.
Additionally, at the end of the annual period, an extra invoice may be issued if the number of printed documents exceeds the amount included in the plan.Monthly subscriptions are charged after the usage period — you are billed at the end of the month for the printing activity that has already occurred.
🧾 Example Scenario (Monthly Subscription)
Let’s say you started a monthly printing subscription on January 10.
The first payment will be charged on February 10, covering the usage from January 10 to February 10.
This cycle continues each month.
Now, if you cancel the subscription on June 11, you’ll still have full access until July 10, which is the end of your current billing period.
After that, you’ll receive a final invoice for the printing done between June 10 and July 10.
So, it is expected that a final invoice may arrive even after you’ve cancelled, if your cancellation occurred during an active billing cycle.
