To successfully create and publish labels in Odoo, first of all, we need to register on the https://labels.ventor.tech/ and set up a connection between the server and Odoo. We have a detailed video on how to do this step by step here:
There is nothing complicated about this, but sometimes some problems may arise. We will consider the most common cases and ways to solve them below.
First of all make sure that you have done the correct installation of our module according to the instructions in the documentations tabe here: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/16.0/zpl_label_designer/#doc
Please check one more time the values of the URL and DB name. Sometimes removing/adding the slash symbol “/“ at the end of the URL could resolve the error for creating the connection.
The correct name of your DB you can find after activating the debug mode on Odoo in the right-upper corner of your instance.
Last but not least is to check the correctness of the API key value. You cant find the actual value in the settings of our module in Odoo and if you receive an error while creating the connection we suggest you update it and try again using the new value.
