Our connectors are working well in case multi-shop configured on e-Ecommerce System (like Magento 2 or Prestashop). But there are some limitations:
Sales Orders: will be downloaded from all Shops and tracking numbers / statuses will be sent back normally. So main flow of the connector is 100% operational in multi-shop environment.
Products Export: Product information will be sent by our connector and available in all Shops in the e-Commerce system. We do not have functionality that sends some products to Shop 1 and some products to Shop 2. This will need to be adjusted manually directly in eCommerce admin console.
Shop Specific Product Information: If you require that some product information (like prices) will be different in different shops, then our connector can be used only for initial product synchronization. And then you will need to correct price and other shop specific information manually in directly in e-Commerce System. In this case we recommend switch off functionality for the automatic product export
Stock Export: Same stock levels will be exported to all Shops. So no per-Shop stock level export is available.
