Problem: Managing Store Assignment for Multiple Products

When working with multiple products in the connector, you may need to control which products are synchronized with specific e-commerce stores (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop) using the connector.

While this can be configured individually on each product under the E-Commerce Integration tab:

Doing it one by one becomes time-consuming when handling large product catalogs.

Solution: Use “Manage Store Connections” for Bulk Actions

To simplify this process, you can use the Manage Store Connections option to update multiple products at once.

How to Use It

Step 1: Select Products

Go to the Products list view and select the products you want to update.

Step 2: Open Actions Menu

Click on the Actions button and choose: Manage Store Connections:

Step 3: Configure Store Actions

A popup window will appear showing all available stores:

For each store, you can choose one of the following actions:

• No Change – Keep current configuration as is

• Set – Assign selected products to this store (enable synchronization)

• UnSet – Remove selected products from this store (disable synchronization)

Example

Suppose you selected 50 products and want to:

• Add them to Shopify Store

• Remove them from Magento Store

You can:

• Set Shopify Store → Set

• Set Magento Store → UnSet

Click Apply, and all selected products will be updated in one action.
