Our Odoo QuickBooks Online Connector PRO does support bidirectional synchronization of contacts between QuickBooks Online and Odoo.
QuickBooks Online separates vendors and customers into different record types, while Odoo stores them as a single contact model. Because of this difference, our connector appends “(customer)” or “(vendor)” to the contact name during import. When exporting contacts back to QuickBooks Online, the connector also asks you to specify how the contact should be classified.

Use “Map or Create” action. The connector will try to find matching partner by name together with email and map it. In case it is not found, connector will create of contacts to QuickBooks online from Odoo a new contact record in Odoo.
