It’s built and maintained by a team that has worked with Odoo for 13+ years and is supported directly from the EU. The connector runs as a module inside your own Odoo, so your data never leaves your instance.

Available for Odoo 16, 17, 18 and 19 — Community and Enterprise. (Odoo Online blocks third-party apps and isn’t supported.)

Which Odoo versions are supported?

Odoo 16, 17, 18 and 19, in both Community and Enterprise editions (on-premise or Odoo.sh). Odoo Online can’t run third-party modules, so it isn’t supported.

Can I try it with my own Baselinker account before buying?

Yes. We’ll connect a demo instance to your Baselinker account so you can run all the checks you need before you purchase — with no commitment.

How does it handle orders from multiple sales channels?

Baselinker aggregates orders from every channel you’ve connected (Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Shopify and more). The connector imports them into Odoo with order-source tracking, so you always know where each order came from — and you can filter imports by specific sources.

Does it support two-way product sync?

Yes. You can import products from Baselinker into Odoo or export them from Odoo, in both directions. Products that already exist in both systems are linked automatically by Baselinker ID, with SKU matching as a fallback.

How will I know if a sync fails?

Every action is logged with a clear status and reason, and the setup wizard validates each required API method before you go live. Failed steps can be fixed and retried individually — nothing fails silently.

Do I need technical skills to set it up?

A 5-step wizard guides you through inventory, warehouses, price groups and order sources. You generate a Baselinker API token (My Account → API) and the standard Odoo Sales module is required. Most businesses complete setup without a developer; our Installation & Configuration service is available if you’d like help.

What support do I get after purchase?

Support comes from the developers who built the connector, not a general helpdesk. With an active subscription it’s ongoing and prioritised; a one-time purchase includes a defined support period.

Where is my data stored? Is it GDPR-friendly?

The connector is a module running inside your own Odoo — it doesn’t hold your data anywhere else. VentorTech is based in Poland (EU), with EU-based support and infrastructure, which keeps GDPR straightforward for European businesses.

How many Baselinker accounts can I connect?

As many as you need to a single Odoo instance. Each connection has its own API token, sync settings and schedule, and the connector is fully multi-company aware.
