VentorTech connectors allow you to easily synchronize products from Odoo to your e-commerce stores such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and PrestaShop. This can be done either manually or automatically (on product creation or update).
How to Export a Product
Step 1: Open the Product and Select Store
Go to product you want to export. Then, go to the E-Commerce Integration tab and enable the checkbox for the desired store (e.g., Shopify)
If the store is not selected, the product will not be exported.
Step 2: Trigger Export
Click on: Actions → Export to Stores
Export of linked records: When exporting a product, the connector also synchronizes all related data (such as categories, tags, and other linked records).
If these records do not yet exist in the e-commerce store, they will be automatically created. You can check this article to get more information on how to manage the fields you want to have exported: Managing Product Field Sync Direction
Update of product information: This action can also be used to send updated product information to the store.

In addition to manual export, the connector provides automation options to keep your store in sync.
Automatic Export on Product Changes
Enable Product Template Export Job (Automation Jobs tab)
Any changes applies to product (price, name, description, images, etc.) are automatically exported to the store
This ensures your store always reflects the latest product data from Odoo.
Auto-Export New Products
Enable Auto-Export New Products (Store Configuration → General tab)
When enabled, newly created products in Odoo are automatically exported to the store
This is useful when you frequently create new products and want them instantly available online.
