Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Magento2 allow adding notes to orders (e.g., customer comments, delivery instructions).
With the VentorTech connector, these notes can be automatically transferred to Odoo during order import.
How It Works
When an order is imported from an e-commerce system, the connector can map Order Note to specific fields in Odoo on the Order and related Delivery Order. This is controlled by field mapping settings in the connector configuration. To enable note synchronization, you need to configure two fields in your e-commerce integration settings:
Field: Sales Order Delivery Note Field
Field: Stock Picking Delivery Note Field

The note is saved on Sales Order
The same note is also transferred to Delivery Order
