When installing our connectors, it’s essential to set the content of the odoo.conf file correctly (which is mentioned in this article: How to install and configure VentorTech connector? ). To verify the configuration, navigate to the Settings → Integration and run “Validate Configuration“ function:
After that, you will see a modal window with the information if anything should be corrected.
If you do not see the “Validate Configuration” button, please update the connector to the latest version.
