Certainly, you can manage and disable notifications for failed jobs in the Queue Job module with the help of an additional module, and if needed, our dedicated support:

Install the queue_job_subscribe module. This module is designed to help you manage your notifications for failed jobs.

Once the module is installed, go to the User settings in Odoo. Locate the special checkbox to disable notifications for failed jobs and check/uncheck it according to your preference:
