The Direct Print workstations feature helps you easily switch between printers when using the same Odoo account on multiple computers. Here’s how.
Use Case:
You need to print documents from the same Odoo account, but to different printers based on which computer you’re using.
How it Works:
Create Workstations. Go to Direct Print → Workstations:
Create a workstation for each computer, assigning the correct printer to each:
Select a Workstation. Choose the workstation that corresponds to your current computer:
Print. Any print jobs you send will automatically go to the printer you defined in your selected workstation.
Selected workstations are saved in your browser. They won’t work in other browsers or incognito mode. At the same time, they will work across different Odoo users on the same browser.
