By default, the Shopify connector imports only active products. If you want to import inactive ones as well, you need to select the appropriate setting.
To do this, navigate to e-Commerce Integration Settings → General tab and find the “import_products_filter” field:
Here are the appropriate values for this field:
Value | Description |
|---|---|
| Means import only active products |
| Means import of both active and archived |
| Means import of both active, archived and draft products |
Before editing this field, please ensure that the Integration is disabled:
