This article explains how Shopify risk details is displayed into Odoo using the VentorTech Shopify connector. With our connector, this information is automatically imported into Odoo together with the order.

After an order is imported from Shopify, you can find risk infromation on an order itself:
Also, you can check detailed information on the Sales Order → E-Commerce Integration tab. This opens a detailed report with Risk level, Sentiment, Action Recommended.
