This guide explains how to synchronize Odoo pricelists with Shopify catalogs using the VentorTech connector. This functionality allows Odoo to act as the single source of truth for pricing, pushing prices to Shopify.

How to Configure:

Step 1: Configure Pricelist Mapping

To start syncing prices, you need to map Shopify Catalog to Odoo Pricelist

Navigate to: Integration → Markets & Catalogs

Then:

1. Click “Import Markets and Catalogs” to have records imported from Shopify

2. Add a new line
   

   

3. Select:

   • Shopify Catalog

   • Odoo Pricelist

   • (Optional) Compare At Pricelist

Step 2: Preview Prices Before Export

Before sending data, you can verify what will be exported.

1. Click “Preview”

2. Then click “Report”

You will see a list of products included in the export

This helps you detect issues before sending data

Step 3: Export Prices to Shopify

Once mapping is configured and you are sure the values for export are correct, you can export prices.

Option 1: Manual Export

Click “Send Prices” next to the mapped catalog. This will generate export jobs and send product prices from Odoo to Shopify.

Option 2: Automatic Export

Enable “Pricelist Prices Calculation & Export”. Prices will be calculated and exported automatically (once per day by default).
