How to fix “QBO process request: 620, TxnID Cannot Be Linked. TxnID Cannot Be Linked : 10114.” while exporting payments.

If you receive this error in QuickBooks Online Connector, it likely means you’re trying to send a payment to QuickBooks Online that is linked to a different customer than the one specified on the corresponding invoice. In this case, please check customer from the invoice and make sure that it is the same.

Also, please note that it can not be so that the invoice is issued to an individual from the company, while the payment is registered under the company itself:

In this case, to export payment, you need to reasign a Customer to the exact one from the invoice and try to export it once again.
