When installing the QuickBooks Online Connector, it is important to ensure that your Odoo server’s odoo.conf file is configured correctly. To help verify the setup, the connector includes a built-in Configuration Validation tool.
Run the Configuration Validation
Navigate to: Settings → QuickBooks Online
In the System State section, click the Validate Configuration File button.
The connector will analyze your current Odoo configuration and check whether all required settings are correctly configured.
