If your Odoo instance is installed on-premise behind a firewall, you may need to explicitly allow network access for external services used by the VentorTech ZPL Label Designer.
Required Network Access
To ensure proper operation of the ZPL Label Designer module, your Odoo server must allow incoming requests from the following IP address:
141.95.36.87
Communication Details
Protocol: HTTP or HTTPS (depends on the URL configured in the ZPL Label Designer connector settings)
Endpoint: Odoo JSON-RPC API (
/jsonrpc)Direction: Incoming requests to your Odoo server
In most production environments, HTTPS (port 443) is strongly recommended.
Firewall Configuration
Make sure that:
Incoming connections from 141.95.36.87 are allowed
Access to the
/jsonrpcendpoint is not blockedThe required port is open:
443 for HTTPS (recommended)
80 for HTTP (if used)
If you use a reverse proxy or firewall, it must also allow requests from this IP
