How to Automatically Assign Salespersons and Sales Team to Imported E-Commerce Orders

Сonnector allows you to automatically assign a Salesperson and Sales Team to orders imported from your e-commerce platform. There values will be later assigned to an imported order:

These settings can be configured in: E-Commerce Integration → Sales Orders tab

Default Sales Team for Orders

This setting defines which Sales Team will be assigned to imported sales orders.

Default Salesperson for Orders

Defines which Odoo user should become the salesperson for imported orders.

Additional option: Keep Sales Person Empty

When enabled, imported orders will not have a salesperson assigned

Advanced PrestaShop-Specific Sales Team Mapping

For PrestaShop integration, connector provides additional functionality. You can assign different Odoo Sales Teams based on the PrestaShop Customer Group.

Each PrestaShop customer group can be mapped to a separate Odoo Sales Team.
