When running the Link Products function, you might encounter an exception indicating that some products have duplicate or missing SKUs either on the shop side or in Odoo. In such cases, it is recommended to resolve all identified issues before attempting to rerun the process.
We strongly advise against importing products without first ensuring your catalog passes the Product Validation Test. Proceeding without this step can result in discrepancies between thecatalogues on both systems. Such inconsistencies may cause future issues for which we can not take responsibility.
However, if you choose to proceed with importing products as they are (ignoring the problematic products), you can do so by following these steps:
Navigate to the testing tab (visible only in debug mode) of the E-Commerce integration settings.
Run “Import Products” function:
After that, you should find the products in External → Products records.
