The VentorTech Direct Print module allows users to initiate printing from Android and iOS devices, including phones and tablets.

However, the key requirement is that the Direct Print Client application must be installed and running on a desktop computer connected to the printer.

How It Works

Mobile devices can trigger printing actions from Odoo, but the actual printing process is handled by the Direct Print Client running on a desktop computer.

The printer itself can use:

• USB connection

• Network connection

• Bluetooth connection

as long as it is connected to a computer running the Direct Print Client.
